Today is another productive day and I owe a lot of it to my new standup desk. I have found my aches and pains have started to subside. Working from home has made me way too sedentary and having the option to stand (or dance around during a conference call) has made me feel better and more like myself. I used to have a standup desk at my old job and I loved it.

This morning I started a new swim training plan with a bang. I felt so accomplished and it set the tone for the rest of the day. I have 40 minute run later today. Training is heating, just like the weather!👐🏽👐🏽

🆆𝙝𝓮𝞒𝓮Ꮴ𝓮𝞒 ㄚ𝛔𝐮 𝞉𝞒𝓮 七𝛔𝓭𝞉ㄚر j𝐮ꗟ七 ꗟ七𝞉𝞒七❕

Time for some cold weather training today. It is 4°F/ -16°C in St. Louis, but this time next year I'll be running in Antarctica (after swimming and biking). I can't even imagine what that will be like, but until then I am taking every opportunity to acclimate to the cold.

I just finished a 40 minute treadmill run and now I'm ready for some recovery! Thanks to my @upsy_official gift I'm about to luxuriate in an aromatherapy bath using their Cool-aid Pain Relief Aromatherapy bath bomb followed by Soothe, their Cool-Aid Premium CBD roll-on.

I feel blessed to be able to swim 3x per week. Today, I had to circle swim to accommodate 3 people per lane. Circle swim= my nightmares. I am traditionally slower than then the people that I train with so the idea of people literally on my heels as I swim makes me so anxious causing.me to sprint the entire time.

The beauty of the morning run is the promise of the brand new day. Hours and hours of opportunities and potential for greatest lay before you and it is up to you to run towards them. #SunriseMind

It has been a long 18 weeks of planning something big with so much of this out of my control. However, I remind myself that these times are no different than any other time. You can only control two things for sure
